“I took the CA bar after 27 years in practice and either didn't remember much or was surprised by how the law has changed in areas of law that aren't tax. In a perverse way, I loved having the refresher. I've never shouted out "hearsay" in a courtroom and probably never will, Twombly v. Iqbal? After my time, but feels like something I should know. Don't even get me started on the Constitution! I am really enjoying Minimum Competence, it gives me a quick way to keep up with current events in law.”
